1. License Overview

All templates provided by Sogorox are licensed based on the license tier selected at the time of download or purchase. This license grants the user the right to use the template, while ownership remains with Sogorox.

2. License Types

Single Purchase

Free License

Available for both personal and commercial projects. An optimized production build (HTML/CSS/JS) is provided. The Sogorox footer credit link must be retained.

Pro Single License

Full source code (Sass, TypeScript, etc.) for 1 domain (project). Footer credit link may be removed. Includes lifetime updates and access to community resources.

Pro Unlimited License

Unlimited client project deliveries for agencies and freelancers. Includes all Pro Single benefits with no project limit.

3. Major Restrictions

  • Templates cannot be resold or redistributed as standalone products.
  • Licenses cannot be transferred or leased to others.
  • Templates cannot be used in a way that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of Sogorox.
  • Free License users must not remove or alter the footer credit link.

4. Support and Warranty

All products are provided strictly as-is without dedicated technical support or warranty of any kind. Users have access to documentation, community resources, and general inquiries via the contact form. We do not provide custom development, third-party library integration, or hosting environment support. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee if the product is significantly faulty. Refunds are not available after the product has been downloaded. The Company reserves the right to enforce the EULA regardless of the as-is nature of the product.
